Daily.

Excessive drainage requires BID dressing change. Prepare dressings prior to wound cleansing to ensure their availability for immediate application. Impregnate gauze with Silver Sulfadiazine cream using a sterile gloved hand or sterile tongue depressor. AVOID EXCESSIVE USAGE OF THE ANTIBIOTIC CREAM.

INDIVIDUALLY wrap fingers and toes to ensure movement of all joints. Leave uninjured finger tips exposed for functional use of the hands.
